Wow what a handy little service! Wonder how much that fee would be though? Hope they don’t charge it on each minute they are kept on hold for! Otherwise it would be a fortune.

Handle My Complaint charge on a success basis only. If we don’t resolve your complaint, we don’t charge.
Our fee is 20% +tax on the value we recover for you. That value might be a refund, repair, replacement or compensation.
