SmallScaleBusiness.com Targets 1000 Business Ideas By End Of 2012

SmallScaleBusiness.com is pleased to announce that they currently have over 660 small business ideas with plans to expand this to 1000 by the end of 2012. More and more people are making the decision to start their own small business due to layoffs and other financial problems. Most of these are looking for ideas for businesses they can start with little up front investment.

This website was established in May 2005 with the goal of providing individuals with workable ideas for starting their own small businesses. Most of the ideas can be started as home-based businesses with only a small investment. Some do not require any additional start up funds. While visitors to the site come from all over the world, most are from the US and India.

The site continues to grow and adds new business plans. Manager, Carl Davis, says, “We are targeting a goal of 1000 unique business ideas by the end of 2012.” Many of the ideas offered can become profitable in record time due to a lack of competition in that particular sector. None, however, are “get rich quick” schemes. A person must work each type of business in order to make money.

  1. It was always surprising to me when people were saying that they want to do business but they don’t have any ideas for it. You want an idea for a business? Remember any situation when you heard “sorry, we can’t take your order – we are too busy” or something like that. Here’s an idea for you. If someone has so much work that he can’t take new orders, then I think it’s worth trying it.

  2. Great tosee initiatives like this. Some people have ideas and others just need a point in the right direction to get their creative skills working.
